Restoration of the All Things Are Possible House
Five years ago, this old white house in Peru, Indiana was raided by police when it was discovered that the residents had been cooking meth inside. After the arrests were made, the house was locked by police and remained vacant for years. Almost ironically, the house was saved from demolition and donated to Advantage Housing, a homeless prevention outreach, who partnered with Colleen Kennedy to restore the house into a women’s recovery center. After more than 3,600 volunteer hours from the supportive, local community of Peru, the All Things Are Possible Recovery Center was established. This house is now a symbol of God’s grace and His ability to transform lives.
